I create art for melancholics and dreamers.

My name is Hege Karoliussen, and I was born and raised on a windswept island in Northern Norway, but now live and work in the buzzing city of Copenhagen, Denmark.

I work with pastels and colour pencils on paper, and my biggest inspiration is childhood daydreams and memories. From a time when life seemed simpler and more easy going, where the colours were faded, and things moved slower.
